Like Lapras FST 54, Zygarde EVS 118 is a Rapid Strike Pokemon and can utilize Rapid Strike Energy BST 140 for its Judgment Surge attack. This allows Lapras FST 54 to attack each turn with its Splash Arch attack.Īs a late attacker, there's a couple of copies of Zygarde EVS 118 in this deck. This Ability allows us to attach the Rapid Strike Energy BST 140 to Lapras FST 54 as our Energy attachment for the turn, while allowing us to accelerate the remaining Energy needed with Spring Bloom. Cherrim BST 8's Spring Bloom Ability allows you to attach a Grass Energy 1 to one of your Pokemon without a Rule Box as often as you would like during your turn. Now, if there were only a way to attach extra Energy each turn.Īsk and you shall receive. Rapid Strike Energy BST 140 will provide Lapras FST 54 the two Water Type Energy it needs to use its Splash Arch attack. You'll want to use this Ability to find a copy of Rapid Strike Energy BST 140 right away.

Problem number one is taken care of by using Octillery BST 37's Rapid Strike Search Ability. This deck has a plan to handle each of those problems. Second, when you use this attack, you'll put all Energy attached to Lapras FST 54 back into your hand. First is that it requires three Energy to use, and two of those must be Water Type Energy. There are a couple of problems that you'll need to be aware of when using this attack, though. As you'll see later, there are ways to increase this damage.

By attacking with its Splash Arch attack, you'll deal a minimum of 100 damage to one of your opponent's Benched Pokemon. You'll generally want Lapras FST 54 to be your main attacker throughout the game. Let's get started by taking a look at the deck. It features the new Lapras FST 54 from Fusion Strike, and generally wants to attack your opponent's Benched Pokemon. This week, I'm looking at a deck that was recently featured on the YouTube channel of ForTheWinTCG. Hello and welcome to another episode of Searching Standard, where each and every week I look for new, innovative decks for you to play in Standard.
